I have been using Fitstyle Foods KC for about a year now, and I highly recommend it! As a single person, these meals are nice during the work week so that I do not have to cook for one person, and spend the entire week eating leftovers. The menu changes regularly, but also keeps some favorites every week. The food is great quality, and the portions are plenty to get you full. It is also nice knowing that it is fresh and healthy. Jessica also does a great job communicating, and keeping the entire process flowing; and her cooking is great too!

I have been using Fitstyle foods for several years. I have some health problems that require that I eat very clean and this place makes it easy to stay on track. The main thing I like about their meals is they never get old. I have tried other meal prep companies and tried myself. But, I have yet to find a place that can cook chicken the way Fitsyle does. The chicken they make is delicious!!! Not sure what they do but, I never get tired of eating it. Also, they make great Salmon. The southwest salmon is so good. They also create the meals so the vegetables are perfectly cooked when microwaved. They are partially cooked so that when you warm it up in microwave they come out perfect.
Love the convenience of these meals and they taste great! I love the soups! My favorite is the pizza pita bread!

Wonderful meals have really enjoyed all of them. Love the convenience of everything being calculated for you so all you have to do is heat it up and eat. Salmon dishes are excellent as well as the chard steak and the stroganoff dinner. If you're looking for well balanced meals that taste great Fitstyle Foods is a great place to go.
